Mali - Africa
Desert, climbing and adventure.
Tuareg - everyone's heard of the magic of Timbuktu, the desert and the magnificent river Niger - this is Mali.
In the north eastern desert zone on the border of Burkina Faso rise basalt towers with the names like Korià, Gorè Gondè, and Grimarì in an incredible landscape.
Climbing these spires is fantastic and challenging given the chance sometimes to free climb in a totally isolated area - it is the ultimate in "adventurous territory".
